We only take orders through the website, so pop the items you desire into the basket and check out.

I want to place an order for your items that are made to order. For example, Ludique, Sonata, Violet & Wren. How do i do that?
Just place the items in your basket as you would any other order and email us at sales@violetsknickers.com should you need any adjustments to that order.

Do I need to open an account to place an order online?
No, we do not operate this system, just click and buy, it's that simple.

Which payment method do you accept?
We use the secure online payment system PayPal that allows you to use all methods of payment.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. Just check out as a guest.
Violet's Knickers do not hold any payments details.

I have just placed an order and not received a confirmation email.
You will receive an email from PayPal to confirm that the order has been placed.
A confirmation order from Violet will take a little longer. This is due to the fact that we take a lot of made to order purchases and these have to be checked. Please also check your junk mail, as knickers are not always well received!

Once I have placed my order can I change my address?
The moment the order is confirmed, it is on the way, therefore we cannot change the delivery address.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct on your PayPal account.

I am still waiting for my order what do i do?
All Uk orders take up to 5 working days to arrive. If you have placed an order for Ludique, Sonata or Violet & Wren. These items are made to order and then sent to us. This can take some time, please be patient, you will find it is worth it! If you are at all concerned please email us and we will be happy to put your mind at rest.

What if my order is returned to you due to the wrong address being supplied?
If the postman returns your goods to us, we will let you know but I’m afraid we will have to charge you for re-delivery.

What packaging does my order come in?
All orders are beautifully wrapped and placed in a plain white jiffy bag or box.
You can also choose to add our signature gift packaging.

Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, all orders will require a signature on delivery.

How do I return goods to you?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Just pop it back in the bag it came in and use the address label on your receipt. Please see our returns page for more info.

What is your Refund Policy?
We offer a full refund for goods returned within 14 days. No exchanges are possible.

Our Outlet Prices are Crazy Low. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for items in the Outlet Store.
